Courtyard by night

The buildings of Västberga are all connected by corridors made by concrete and plastic facade panels.

Although the weather is a little bit disappointing we are very pleased with the result of our module facade.

The entrances are soon to be completed in Västberga. In a large project like this it’s nice put some extra work into them.

We’re close to completion of the almost 300 module apartments in the south suburbs of Stockholm.

The formation of buildings are now beginning to shape the spaces in between which is going to be a vivid courtyard.

The first building is completed after approximately three weeks of on-site construction.

It’s a shame the suggested tinted radiators were turned down – now the white ones are visible through every window. But, cost efficient construction is all about making compromises.

The second and the third building are on their way to be stacked up.

First three rows of modules have been stacked. From now on the pace will be fast.

When did you last see a crane on a track in Sweden? If you are about to build fast housing it’s necessary.

At the module storage, 60 modules are waiting to be stacked. We are currently producing two of these modules every single day.
