Together with four other architect teams and Snøhetta as landscape architects we are developing Sture to a more functional, connected and beautiful place.

At last, people are moving in to the last of buildings in Lyceum, Zootomiska Institutet

Originally designed by Paul Hedqvist with clear references to the Greek temple tradition, now converted into apartments by us and our friends at Oscar Properties.

Balneum is Latin for baths and also the name of the project we design in Gröndal at the shoreline of the lake Mälaren. After two years we are now making progress with the pool and spa area.

Today we are experiencing Viennese architecture with the AML team and found this astonishing old warehouse that once were used by the Royal Theater.

The buildings of Västberga are all connected by corridors made by concrete and plastic facade panels.

Although the weather is a little bit disappointing we are very pleased with the result of our module facade.

This three year long journey is getting closer to an end and the apartments in the top of Scandic Continental have almost reached completion.

This apartment will be amazing. Look at the view towards the lake Riddarfjärden!

Now it’s time for vacation. This project still has a bit left to completion, but everything has it’s time. It’s good thing the electricians know what they’re doing.

Rumours spread that buyers from China and the Gulf have bought all blocks of “Callalla” or “CarrAllah” but that wasn’t 100% true… There are still some blocks left for AML.

The entrances are soon to be completed in Västberga. In a large project like this it’s nice put some extra work into them.

We’re close to completion of the almost 300 module apartments in the south suburbs of Stockholm.

The formation of buildings are now beginning to shape the spaces in between which is going to be a vivid courtyard.

It has been more than 2,5 years since we started of with the of extremely intense work on these 18 apartments. The most expensive ever sold in Sweden.

One row of modules are being stacked upon another.

Cranes at work. There’s a lot of concrete in the air today in Västberga.

What would architects be without great construction workers who knows the importance of trying out critical moments in full scale.

The first building is completed after approximately three weeks of on-site construction.

It’s a shame the suggested tinted radiators were turned down – now the white ones are visible through every window. But, cost efficient construction is all about making compromises.

The second and the third building are on their way to be stacked up.

First three rows of modules have been stacked. From now on the pace will be fast.

When did you last see a crane on a track in Sweden? If you are about to build fast housing it’s necessary.

At the module storage, 60 modules are waiting to be stacked. We are currently producing two of these modules every single day.

Here we are building a Japanese garden with views over the archipelago. An automatic roof will make it possible to adjust to the Nordic weather.

The 19th floor is completed. It was a bit cloudy and rainy weather during today’s visit, but this is going to be great!

Let’s hope it looks better with som light in the windows and some sun from a blue summer sky.

The last flat concrete base is done. On Tuesday we will make the casting and after that we will have a finished building structure.
